Our beliefs

As asset managers, we need to take into account all the criteria that can have an impact on the performance of our investments. IVO Capital Partners is convinced that the analysis of environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks provides a better understanding of companies and their long-term performance prospects. We therefore consider responsible investment and the integration of ESG risks into our investment analysis to be an integral part of our fiduciary duties.

Our approach

We have identified three action levers for integrating ESG into our investment strategy, which have become the pillars of our responsible investment policy:

Exclude from our investment universe companies and sectors subject to ESG controversies;
Assess the quality of companies by integrating the ESG risks and opportunities that impact them into our investment decisions and monitoring;
Working alongside our portfolio companies to help them adopt good ESG practices.
